NEW PURCHASE

So these are just a few things I have bought recently, and are a mix of things. I apologise for the rubbish photographs, my camera is a bit old and knackered now but i'm planning on investing in a new one as soon as i've got the money to!

Firstly, after moving into the new apartment, i haven't really found anywhere to store my makeup and beauty things where i can easily access them. They always end up all over the floor and things roll everywhere and I lose them and forget about things and it's a nightmare.

I always end up browsing through Muji, as their products are really good value, well made and simplistic. I stumbled across these containers yesterday and decided they are exactly what i need! You can get a variety of different containers that stack up on top of each other, meaning you can tidy everything away. You can also get a variety of diferent depths, sizes and structures meaning you can really tailor the products into what you need.

I purchased a deep container, to keep all my bulky things in like moisturisers, and then a shallow dish that can be placed on top to keep all the things i use everyday and need easy access to. They are super cheap and i think it was about five pounds for the two. I'm planning on buying some more eventually, ones that are perfect for all my nail varnishes and lipsticks!

I kept all my daily makeup essentials together in the top container. my daily makeup essentials are: ILLAMASQUA primer, ILLAMASQUA skin base foundation, ILLAMASQUA mascara, ILLAMASQUA bronzer, MAC eyebrow pencil, MAC lipsticks and YVES SAINT LAURENT touche éclat. As you can probably tell illamasqua is my favourite makeup brand who i only recently discovered. I bought my first makeup from there in December time and that was the bronzer. Ever since then everything i have bought from there has been the best i have ever used and i now go to them for everything! YSL touche eclat, and the real techniques core collection brushes are both recent purchases and are things i can't imagine ever being without again!

Now, these trousers are something that caught my eye at work. I work at NEXT and i always, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, struggle to find uniform that i want to wear, let alone suit me. With the statement print trouser trend well and truly underway -  these trousers really stood out to me. I got them for around seven pounds (employee uniform discount) so i can't really complain!!

They fit me like a glove and are a mid rise trouser,perfectly tailored with a skinny leg and are ankle grazing. I find with my wide hips and long legs, that mid rise, tailored trousers suit me so much better than any other. This outfit is AMERICAN APPAREL fishermans jumper in blue, teamed with the NEXT print trousers and my favourite TOPSHOP cutout boots.

The necklace was something i purchased online and was an absolute bargain. The website, BeeJewels, offers a range of accessories, clothing and jewellery. The gold curb chain necklace cost me a mere $7.00 USD, which is around £4.63 and the website offers FREE SHIPPING which is amazing considering they ship it over from Hong Kong. It took around a week to arrive and i'm really happy with the necklace and service, i will definitely be purchasing some more items from BeeJewels.
